• Remains found on the surface in Echo Lake Park near a brook

• All parts recovered- near complete/complete skeleton

• Hair- blond/strawberry

• Remains were wrapped in white bed cover and tan baby blanket, white linen men's handkerchief found with or near body

• Clothing: white, thin blue stripes turtleneck with short sleeve shirt, like colored corduroy outfit that had straps over both shoulders, blue socks with red clock design. Also wearing a white disposable diaper with yellow safety pins
